The building retains original 1906 features such as glazed tiles, terrazzo flooring, timber wall-panelling, fireplaces, and the original safes from its time as the Anchor Line Shipping Company headquarters. The art-deco design is inspired by a 1920s ocean liner, with travel poster imagery and historical decor throughout.
